Facilities & concierge
Skedway Concierge brings visitor journeys, service operations and front-desk workflows into the same platform as your rooms and desks.
Pre-registration, branded invitations, digital check-in, host notifications, NDAs, badges and full compliance logs.
Issue reporting from the room panel, work orders, SLA monitoring and preventive maintenance schedules.
Meal ordering, pantry restocking, event support and amenity requests routed to staff in seconds.
Deliveries logged, recipients notified and hand-offs tracked from the loading dock to the desk.
Self-service kiosks and automated arrivals, so the first impression happens before anyone says a word.
One request layer for every workplace service, with status, ownership and history in one place.
Access control
Skedway Digital ID™, facial recognition, QR token and NFC — with permissions granted automatically from the booking, the invitation or the employment record, and revoked the same way.

Operations
A visitor invitation, a service request, a package delivery, a guest arrival — each one becomes part of the same operational intelligence framework, so you can see how workplace experience is actually delivered and consumed.
Catering & concierge
Coffee for the 10am, a spare adapter, the room a degree cooler. In most companies these live in a chat thread and a phone call. In Skedway they are attached to the booking itself, routed to whoever fulfils them, and tracked to completion.
Services appear while the booking is being made, already carrying the room, floor, date, time and headcount — nobody retypes the context, and nothing is requested for the wrong space.
Each catalogue item belongs to a provider: pantry, IT, facilities. The request lands with the team that fulfils it, with an owner and an SLA, not in a shared inbox.
Booking and services are confirmed together but tracked separately. Move the meeting and the facilitators are notified; cancel it and items already prepared stay accounted for.
